Basic HM Plus® Service Includes:
- Bi-weekly inspections and walk-throughs. Run all taps and flush toilets, check power, phone and cable services, adjust light timers and drapes, start vehicles, follow-up check on cleaning, pool and landscape services, spot and correct potential problems.
- On call for security alarms and reset your alarm if needed.
- Arrange for the annual inspection of entire roof and stucco area with written reports on condition and recommendations.
- Arrange and supervise maid and cleaning services, pool and spa cleaning, chemicals and repairs, and landscape maintenance. We use only licensed, bonded and insured contractors who work with us as a team to alert us to potential problems. HM PLUS® adds NO mark-ups to fees, and we are often able to pass quantity discounts on to our clients.
- Arrange access for guests and family members in your absence. Have residence cleaned and all systems double checked for perfect running order. Arrange for guest transportation to and from airport.
- Pay monthly and yearly residential bills like mortgage, insurance, taxes, utilities, homeowners dues. Renew your termite policy. Contact your insurance company for covered repairs. Send you a monthly report of bills paid and any potential problems that require attention.
- Manage your property if you rent to tenants, including collecting and depositing rent monies to your account.
- Arrange for delivery services, package pick-up and mail forwarding while you are traveling or anytime during your absence. Delivery of firewood; salt tablets, heating and air conditioning filters with replacement as needed.
